Orvieto is made from a blend of traditional white grapes including Procanico, Berdello, Malvasia, Grechetto and Drupeggio. The wine is smooth, delicately perfumed with touch of almond and a pleasant aftertaste. It is a great aperitif and also goes well with fish dishes.
